Even though we have the equipment to offer high standard
technical fabric structures we are also aware of the importance of non-technical manufacturing of items for everyday use.
These products include robust or heavy duty canvas bags for storage, such as bags for garden shade sails, windsurfing equipment, pool covers, swing chair canopies, tarpaulins and awnings. We also create a range of covers/tarpaulins for boats, caravans and cars as well as anything else that needs protecting from the UK weather.
Fabric repairsThe other half of our non-technical work consists of general repair work. With the use of our
sewing machines we can repair caravan awnings, gazebos, pool covers, tents, webbings, horse tack, boats covers, sails and wind surfing sails etc. If a pole sleeve has ripped in your tent or a zip or other fixing has broken on your awning then we are able to correct the problem to a high standard.
Using our
hot air welder we can also
fix rips on any industrial
PVC fabric products, such as lorry tarpaulins/sided. In such situations our
hot air welder enables us to repair the problem without having to remove the
product from the vehicle

banner making service, from laying vinyls to the
latest
printing techniques, from wide carriage ink jet printing (up to 5m) to
laminated die sublimation - for all sizes and proportions to advertise
events, merchandise and much more.
